Dragonstone

Daenerys holds a war council about their strategy, and summons all lords of Westeros to Dragonstone to pledge loyalty to her.

  • [Article by the Toronto Sun, 02.06.2017:] "We watched a scene being shot for Season 7’s second episode, featuring a slew of major characters – most of them female – gathered around the map table at (D’s new digs) Dragonstone, arguing about the best way to pry King’s Landing from Cersei Lannister’s grip. Engaged in this heated discussion were Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, Theon Greyjoy, Yara Greyjoy, Ellaria Sand, Missandei and the irrepressible Lady Olenna Tyrell ."

  • "Dany summons ALL the leaders of armies, not just Jon.

  • "Obviously the other kings aren't answering her ravens or have already pledged to her - Dorne, Highgarden have sworn to her, Iron Islands have joined Cersei."

  • [Melisandre] "offers advice [to Daenerys] that [Jon] should be summoned"

King's Landing

Qyburn presents his new anti-dragon ballista to Cersei and demonstrates its use.

  • "we will see it in an earlier episode when Qyburn demonstrates it to Cersei by firing a bolt through one of the Dragon skulls in the Red Keep basement.
[The skull is destroyed and] Cersei is very pleased."

Inn at the Crossroads

Arya meets Hot Pie, learns about the news in King's Landing and the North and decides to change her plans.

  • [Hot Pie] "gets a scene in Episode 2, yes, on Arya's journey back to Winterfell."

  • "At the same place Hot Pie has worked for a while now. The tavern."

  • "And it's mentioned by Hot Pie in episode 2 that he heard she blew up the Great Sept, so it's pretty common knowledge across Westeros."

  • "this is where she overhears what has been happening in Kings Landing - the Sept etc. She is eavesdropping on the men behind her - that's her listening face apparently.
Then she meets Hot Pie there, who gives her some cooking tips and tells her she's pretty, and who also tells her the Boltons no longer have Winterfell and Jon is in charge
This is what makes her mind up for her about where she's headed, and she turns north on the Kings Road at the end of this sequence."

  • [This is not the scene with Ed Sheeran singing] "though, that happens outdoors."

Dragonstone

Missandei and Grey Worm have a sex scene before the Unsullied leave for Casterly Rock (Report by WotW).

  • [The sex scene]: "we will only see the beginning of it."

  • [PM to KaySen762 - in his words, no literal quote]: Missandei comes to see Greyworm in episode 3 just before he leaves for Casterly Rock to say goodbye. They have a conversation about how Greyworm now has one fear and that is not seeing Missandei again. Greyworm talks about how they do not belong in Westeros after Dany takes the throne and asks Missandei if she would like to see Naath again.  She says her people are peaceful and cannot protect themselves.  Greyworm responds by saying the Unsullied are not peaceful and can protect Missandei’s people.
They end up kissing and Missandei removes her clothes.  She removes Greyworms top but when she tries to remove his lower clothing he grabs her on the wrist gently to stop her.  She says she wants to see all of him.  He objects but then nods and she removes his clothes. They go to the bed where Greyworm kisses her face, neck and breasts.  He moves downwards but the camera remains focused on Missandei’s face as she receives pleasure.

Between the Twins and Winterfell

Arya encounters Nymeria on her way to Winterfell.

  • [Arya will] "finally encounter Nymeria on the way to Winterfell, but they won't continue on together."

  • "Nymeria will appear in the next Season [...] in only one scene"

  • "It's one scene. She encounters Nymeria on her way back to Winterfell. She tries to connect with her, but Nymeria is too wild now. And Arya recognises that she too is a lot wilder than she was back then too."

  • [PM to Darksister88]: "She runs into Nymeria on her way back to Winterfell, who just about recognises her. She realises that Nymeria is nobody's pet any more, she's too wild - METAPHOR, lol. Arya too is completely changed."

  • [PM to xOx_D-Targ6969_oXo]: "As to what Ghost does - nothing. I don't think we see him much at all, once Jon leaves. So they save money by not having to animate him. At least, money they save to spend on the Nymeria scene in Ep 3."

Winterfell

Jon receives a raven from Daenerys summoning him to Dragonstone. As he is interested in the dragonglass that can be found in the caves below Dragonstone, he departs by boat with Davos (leaving Sansa in charge of Winterfell). Before this, he has a confrontation with Littlefinger in the crypts.

  • "He [Jon] receives a raven in episode 2, and he's aware she's landed at Dragonstone before that."

  • "Jon gets summoned to Dragonstone, which suits him fine, because there's something he wants there himself..."

  • "He just happens to need Dragonglass, and lots of it, which just so happens to be in abundance in the caves below Dragonstone."

  • "Jon leaves Winterfell in episode 2 to go to Dragonstone after being summoned by Dany (Sansa not happy about this, but chills when Jon names her Lady of Winterfell and in charge)"

  • "She [Sansa] wants power, and he [Jon] isn't that interested in power - he leaves her in charge of Winterfell, which she enjoys."

  • "Ghost stays in Winterfell the whole time. A boat is no place for a Direwolf."

  • [The confrontation between Jon and Littlefinger:] "It's a 2 page scene, and not much happens In it bar a slimy LF attempt to worm his way into Jon's trust, and Jon slamming him against a wall when he says he loves Sansa".

  • [About the parallels between this scene and Ned / Littlefinger in season 1]: "Yeah, and the script actually says that exact thing - that his movements echo Neds."

  • [Littlefinger] "just talks about how he brought Neds bones back to Winterfell, how much he respected Ned, loved Catelyn - it's a manipulation play, and it doesn't work."

  • "He's looking at Ned's statue."

  • "He has a scene with Littlefinger in the crypt - Jon goes down there to be with a statue of Ned before he leaves for Dragonstone, and LF shows up and starts trying to worm his way into Jon's confidence. Jon forces him up against a wall a threatens him once LF starts talking about how much he loves Sansa."

  • [Littlefinger talks] "about how Jon 'owes' him for bringing the Vale troops during BOtB."

  • "He'll have a small, aggressive interaction with LF down here, then in the next scene say goodbye to Ghost and be on his way."

  • "Jon leaves at the end of Episode 2, leaving [Sansa] in charge of Winterfell."

  • [PM to xOx_D-Targ6969_oXo]: "As to what Ghost does - nothing. I don't think we see him much at all, once Jon leaves. So they save money by not having to animate him. At least, money they save to spend on the Nymeria scene in Ep 3."

The Sea

Euron's fleet destroys the Greyjoy / Martell fleet. He kills two sand snakes and imprisons Yara, Ellaria and Tyene. Theon is able to escape, but loses all respect from the Ironborn.

  • "Euron's fleet destroys Yara's - he takes her prisoner (and kills 2 of the Sand Snakes, imprisons Ellaria and makes her watch as Tyene dies a slow death from poison - payback from Cersei for Myrcella) and Theon abandons her. Euron is pretty cocky about all of this - every time he meets Cersei he's suggesting to her that he'd make a good husband."

  • "Theon literally jumps overboard when Euron has a knife at Yara's neck. He's rescued by some of the Iron Born but they've finally lost all respect for him. He's a shell again for most of the season."

  • [the Lannisters] "destroy the Martells and Tyrells pretty easily in the first few episodes - Westoros isn't the pushover that Dany expects, and Jaime is a better strategist than Tyrion gives him credit for."

  • "Drone will be got out of the way in the first couple of episodes."

  • "there's a naval battle at the end thats going to be mostly action, not dialogue."

  • [The Greyjoys & Martells]: They're heading to Dorne - they don't expect a battle at all.

  • "Yara and Ellaria ALMOST get it on, but Euron attacks just as Yara is running her hand up Ellaria's thigh…"

  • "it's a Naval battle. The Iron Fleet attack Yara's fleet. It's be pretty spectacular. The Sand Snakes are on Yara's ship. Euron's ship SIlence sails alongside and his tongueless sailors board, as does he. Nymeria and Obara attack him and he personally kills them both using their own weapons - impales one and strangled the other with her whip."

  • "Yara is taken prisoner and treated badly, but we don't see her die this season, so there's still hope Theon may rescue her."

  • "Ellaria and Tyene are taken back to Kings Landing as gifts for Cersei, along with Yara."

  • "Cersei is NOT going to fuck Euron this season. At all. Not even close. Euron is definitely doing his best to to let her know he wants her, but she's very clear that she's not interested."

  • [4chan leaker]: "If you're talking about the sea battle of Euron vs Yara and Theon, there's no dragons, Euron just fires a bunch of fireballs and burns Yaras fleet, then gets on yaras ship and stars slaughtering people, stabs Obara in the stomach, bashes another snakes head against a railing (I think nymeria), then captures Yara, and theon panics and jumps"
